Description du poste As a Team Lead Analyst, you will : Be responsible for the identification and delivery of the reporting methodologies under IFRS 17 regulations. Be responsible to coordinate the team work to ensure successful target solution and proper implementation by the vendor Lead, defines, updates, clarifies the IFRS17 requirements from the beginning of the process Work with the Finance, Risk and IT departments to define and validate the Target Operating Model (TOM) Support the Solution provider in the implementation of the target solution with a focus on the change management Own the Solution Design Board (SDB) by managing activities, reviews and the validation of the different deliverables during the implementation phase. Will be attending to the Project Board, Weekly Project Management meetings. Review and validate quality deliverables Profil recherché The successful candidate must have: A Master degree Skills in IFRS and IFRS Insurance Contracts (Expert) Relevant experience in IFRS 9 and 17 Fluency in English.
