Guide and support Line Management and employee onthe overall HR process implementation and operations.Main Activities As an internal specialist,inform and advise employees, Line Management and Executives in any HR matter incompliance with HR legislation and policy applicable to support decisionmaking. Handle complex and/orcross-disciplinary cases in sync with matter related HR team to guaranteesupport to the management. Coordinate projects in yourarea of expertise to guarantee an efficient and qualitative result whilerespecting deadlines. Implement Group Operations HRprocedure and policies in close link with the HRBP in charge in your scope, andensure a feedback loop to help process and tools usability improvement when necessary. Provide recommendation on existingHR Information systems to optimize the data processing and quality. Be guardant of a highquality ?employee journey? Centralize communicationsand operational documentation to ensure consistency in terms of content andfont. Improve your expertise andknowledge of best HR practices while carrying out market watch. Deploy in a consistent manner the HRprocesses among their respective perimeters, Provide assistance to employees and line managerson complex and/or transversal topics Coordinate any HR project implementationunder their respective scope
Good HR background withproven experience on general HR practices and processes including Compensation,Resourcing, Training and Development and Employment Law.Experienced in transversal project management.Skills & Competencies
